Lead Fee Refund Window
Providers may request a refund review within 48 hours of purchasing a lead for the following eligible reasons: invalid telephone number, invalid email address, customer denies submitting the request, duplicate lead, wrong service category, location outside the approved service area, or an exclusive lead accidentally sold twice. All refund requests are subject to administrator review and are not automatically approved.
Normally Ineligible Reasons
Refunds will generally not be granted when: the customer does not respond immediately, the customer chooses another provider, the provider's quote is rejected, the provider responds late, the provider changes its mind, the provider decides the job is not profitable, the provider fails to follow up, or the lead does not result in revenue. Lead fees purchase access to a verified customer request and do not guarantee an appointment, quote acceptance, sale, contract, or revenue.
Administrator Review Options
An administrator reviewing a refund request may: issue a full refund, issue a partial refund, grant a complimentary replacement lead, restore the provider's monthly lead capacity, or deny the request. Decisions are recorded in the provider's payment history.
Subscription Fees
Subscription fees provide access to KouyateIQ Lead Connect and are billed monthly. They are separate from individual lead fees and are not refundable on the basis of lead volume. Subscription fees do not guarantee a specific number of leads.
Capacity Restoration
When an administrator approves a full refund or a replacement lead for an eligible reason, the provider's monthly lead-purchase capacity is restored for the affected lead. Rejected previews never count against the monthly limit.
