This Privacy Policy describes how KouyateIQ LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform. This is a draft requiring legal review before final production launch.
2. AI-Assisted Processing
KouyateIQ uses AI-assisted processing to analyze procurement documents you upload. The analysis is informational and may contain errors or omissions. Uploaded documents are treated as untrusted source material.
3. Information We Collect
We collect account information (name, email, phone), business profile information, and uploaded procurement documents. We do not collect payment-card details directly — billing is handled by Stripe.
4. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide contract analysis, opportunity matching, deadline tracking, account management, and support. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
Uploaded raw documents are retained for a default of 90 days after successful analysis. You may request earlier deletion. Reports may be retained as permitted by your instructions and policy.
6. Security
We apply row-level security, private file storage, audit logging, and consent records. We do not promise absolute security. No system is completely secure.
7. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to upload documents. You must not upload classified information, Social Security numbers, Canadian Social Insurance Numbers, banking credentials, payment-card data, passwords, private medical records, or export-controlled information.

9. KouyateIQ Landscaping Lead Connect
If you submit a landscaping service request, we collect your name, email, phone number, address, city, state, ZIP code, property type, requested services, project description, desired date, budget range, preferred contact method and times, uploaded photos, and how you found us. We use this information to match your request with an approved landscaping provider and to communicate with you about your request.
10. Information Shared With Providers
When you accept the information-sharing consent on the request form, the information you entered is shared with the matched landscaping provider so it may respond to your specific request. Your information is not shared with any provider until you have explicitly consented, and is shared with only one provider during the live beta.
11. Consent Records
We record your information-sharing consent and any SMS consent, including the exact consent language, the checkbox status, the date and time, your IP address, browser user agent, the form URL, the referral source, and the advertising campaign (when available). You may revoke consent at any time from the tracking page or by replying STOP to a text message.
12. Communication Records
We store records of communications (email and SMS) related to your request, including message content, delivery status, and timestamps. These records are retained to support the service and for audit purposes.
13. Cancelling a Request
You may cancel your landscaping request at any time from the tracking page using your request number and email, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops further processing of your request.
14. Revoking Communication Consent
You may revoke information-sharing or SMS consent at any time. Revoking SMS consent stops future text messages immediately; email communication continues only when permitted by your remaining preferences. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out of text messages.
15. Independent Providers
Landscaping providers are independent businesses, not agents or employees of KouyateIQ. Providers are responsible for their own estimates, scheduling, work quality, licensing, and insurance.
16. Landscaping Data Retention
Landscaping request information and consent records are retained for the duration of your request and for a reasonable period afterward for audit, support, and dispute purposes. You may request deletion of your landscaping request data by contacting us.
17. Landscaping Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of your landscaping request, consent records, and associated communications, contact us at contact@kouyateiq.com with your request number. We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.
18. KouyateIQ Lead Connect
KouyateIQ Lead Connect is a general service-request matching platform connecting customers and organizations with approved independent service providers across supported industries. The landscaping service is one category within Lead Connect. KouyateIQ is not the service provider performing the customer's work and does not guarantee provider quality or project completion.
19. Provider Subscriptions and Lead Fees
Providers subscribe to Lead Connect for access to matched leads. Subscription fees and individual lead fees are separate. Lead fees purchase access to a verified customer request and do not guarantee appointments, sales, contracts, or revenue. Complete customer contact information is released to a provider only after the provider accepts the lead and payment is confirmed. Customer information is shared with only one provider per request during the live beta (exclusive leads).
20. United States and Canadian Users
This policy applies to users in the United States and selected parts of Canada. Additional regional requirements may apply.
