What Happens After You Join

STEP 1 — Create your account
The customer creates a secure KouyateIQ account and selects their package.
STEP 2 — Complete your business profile
The customer confirms services and products, industry and subindustry, NAICS and PSC codes, states and regions served, maximum travel distance, remote or nationwide capability, licenses, certifications, insurance, bonding capacity, staffing capacity, equipment, preferred contract size, past performance, opportunity types, minimum match score, and notification preferences. Automatic opportunity delivery does not begin until required profile information is completed and confirmed.
STEP 3 — KouyateIQ searches approved sources
KouyateIQ searches official or authorized procurement sources and may use web discovery to locate possible notices that then require verification.
STEP 4 — Opportunities are verified and matched
The system checks official source, active status, future deadline, place of performance, amendments, duplicate status, customer geography, qualifications, known disqualifiers, and match score.
STEP 5 — Customer receives an Opportunity Brief
The customer may receive an opportunity title, buyer, official source link, deadline, location, match score, reasons it may fit, missing requirements, risks, possible disqualifiers, documents needed, and recommended next steps.
STEP 6 — Customer decides whether to pursue
Customers must review the complete official solicitation, attachments, amendments, deadlines, and submission instructions. KouyateIQ does not automatically submit bids.
