Customer requests are evaluated for genuine service intent, service requested, location, timing, job scope, contact information, and provider-sharing consent. Spam, fake requests, duplicates, and invalid submissions are not counted toward your limit.

If a qualified customer request is received but no eligible subscribed provider exists, KouyateIQ does not discard the request. We set the status to Provider Sourcing Required, notify the administrator, and ask the customer for expanded provider-sourcing consent. We attempt to locate an appropriate provider within 24 hours. We do not guarantee a provider will be found.

No. KouyateIQ facilitates lead matching and introductions. Pricing, contracts, payments, scheduling, and service performance are handled directly between the customer and service provider.
