This Refund and Cancellation Policy describes how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work on the KouyateIQ platform. This is a draft requiring legal review before final production launch.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access through the end of the period you have paid for.
3. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on your billing period and usage. Refund rules require final legal review. Contact us at contact@kouyateiq.com for refund requests.
4. Usage and Billing Periods
Billing periods are based on your Stripe subscription, not calendar months. Usage allowances reset at the start of each billing period.
5. Failed Analyses
Failed analyses do not consume your completed-analysis allowance. You are not charged for analyses that do not complete successfully.
6. Plan Changes
You may upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period unless otherwise specified.
7. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plans may have custom terms negotiated in your agreement. Contact sales for details.
